Attaching the patch which authorizes service access from specific hosts.
The _serviceLevelAuth_ documentation is updated with the new ability.

Uses _MachineList_ to check whether the client address is included in the specified hosts.
_MachineList_ supports specification of hosts via hostnames, ip addresses, and ip ranges (CIDR
