[~mikeliddell], thanks for the new patch.  I verified that tests pass for me, in both stubbed
mode and integrated with the real service.  This is really close now.  Just a few more things:
# We need one more Apache license header on hadoop-metrics2-azure-file-system.properties.
# In pom.xml, if you want to include everything in src/test/resources, then we can actually
remove the whole {{<testResources>}} stanza.  Maven's default is to include everything
from src/test/resources if {{<testResources>}} isn't specified.
