Daryn Sharp commented on HADOOP-10652:
--------------------------------------

Isn't this an incompatible change? The current multi-valued parsing for user and group values
allows whitespace around commas, whereas switching to {{AccessControlList}} will consider
space to be a delimiter between user and group specs. "daryn, benoy, andrew" appears parsed
as (user:daryn groups:benoy,andrew).

If you want to use that acl class, it should have a 2-arg ctor that the current 1-arg ctor
calls after a naive string split. The 2-arg will correctly parse the specs as a trimmed string
collection.

> Currently Proxyuser specification accepts a list of users and groups including wildcard
values. Same functionality is already encapsulated in _AccessControlList_ . It will be better
to refactor _ProxyUsers_ to use _AccessControlList_ instead of maintaining separate logic.
