I just took a quick look and indeed there is another (slightly orthogonal) =
problem here. Basically HADOOP_HOME is not set when contrib tests are run r=
esulting in the above error. Looks like we did not catch this problem earli=
er because we set HADOOP_HOME as part of our build environment initializati=
on. I went ahead and fixed this as part of this Jira since it=E2=80=99s als=
o related to contrib tests on Windows (v2 patch). Good catch Chris!
