Raja, patch looks good. Couple of questions:
# src/docs/cn/forrest.properties - This patch is has commented line {{+#forrest.validate.skins.stylesheets=false}} compared to the original patch.
# src/docs/forrest.properties has couple of missing lines compared to the original.

Are these differences intentional? Also why no make this change in branch-1 instead of branch-1-win?
