These are not bad config references. This when a user uses hadoop dfs|jar etc commands on
trunk they would get a deprecated warning. What i am suggesting is that by default the warnings
should come up. But for what ever reason if I as a user want to keep using the same command
this would provide me the ability to suppress those.
