* I think we should call the flag {{\--build-native}}, and have it take {{true}} or {{false}}
as an argument.  That way it will be useful in more cases.  For example, we may want to verify
that the unit tests pass on Linux when the native libraries are not present.

* remember to rebase on trunk now that HDFS-3753 is in.  You'll need to avoid passing {{\-Drequire.test.libhadoop}}
when the native build is disabled.
