Are some of these changes (like removal of the renewer) duplicated in your other jiras?  If
so, that will cause merge conflicts.

I still need to look at {{HttpFSFileSystem}} to see about how it does or should find a token,
but: {{getDelegationToken}} is used by job submission, so it must remain.  {{setDelegationToken}}
is only used by the renewer you are removing, so it should be removed.
