Doug Cutting commented on HADOOP-8508:
--------------------------------------

The main site uses search-hadoop.com which can be used to just search javadoc:

http://search-hadoop.com/?q=&fc_project=Hadoop&fc_type=javadoc

This currently seems a little broken but the Sematext guys have been responsive to fixing

> I am not able to search a particular content in the hadoop documentation. There is no
provision to parse all the html pages (topics in the documentation) with a keyword and get
