hadoop rpm overwrites the existing /etc/hadoop/hadoop-env.sh
------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HADOOP-7849
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-7849
             Project: Hadoop Common
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.20.205.0
            Reporter: Arpit Gupta
            Assignee: Giridharan Kesavan

The following steps were used to deploy

1. Create /etc/hadoop dir
2. create a file hadoop-env.sh in the above dir
3. install the hadoop rpm (rpm -ivh hadoop-0.20.205.0-1.amd64.rpm)

The following console output is displayed

Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
   1:hadoop warning: /etc/hadoop/hadoop-env.sh created as /etc/hadoop/hadoop-env.sh.rpmnew
########################################### [100%]

After the install open up the /etc/hadoop/hadoop-env.sh and notice that the file has been
replaced.
