We need the ability for the generating process (server) to store the delegation tokens into
a shared store (ZK, RDBMS etc.) so they can be accessed by all servers behind the VIP. For
that, we need to abstract out the token storage part, which is currently in-memory (hashmap
in AbstractDelegationTokenSecretManager). Please see details in associated HIVE-2467.

We require the hook for customization in Hadoop, but not necessarily token store implementations
other than the default in-memory implementation.

I'm planning to provide a patch for this after the work for .20 in the Hive shim is complete.
