# {{stringToUri}}: Changed the scheme parsing. Now the method accepts ":foo/bar" as a scheme-less, authority-less path compoenent. It should not matter since this is not the place to enforce scheme-specific requirements on the following components.
# Calls to {{URI.create()}} in {{relativize}}: Changed to use the safe method.

Added a safer uriToString method.
