I remember there used to be a Gentoo Hall of Shame for people who had done something like
{{emerge --unmerge gcc}}.

On Gentoo, since all packages require compilation, even gcc, you're left with a locked down
OS (no compiler to compile the compiler to get it back).

Should we have a hall of shame (ranks too perhaps) for build breakage? ;-)
