Neither am I.  If this issue is made dependent on HADOOP-6223, then it will be non-atomic
until each AbstractFileSystem implementation implements rename.  Otherwise it will be non-atomic
until each FileSystem implementation implements rename2.  So the work for fixing this issue
is the same in either case, and we can avoid adding oddly named methods to a deprecated class.
