Colin Patrick McCabe resolved HADOOP-3983.
------------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 2.0.0-alpha

In the CMake build, we now use JVM_ARCH_DATA_MODEL to determine whether to build 32-bit or
64-bit libraries, so no, this isn't an issue any more.

> The build scripts for compile-c++ and compile-c++ -examples should honor the word size
of the jvm, since it is in the platform name. Currently, the platform names are "Linux-amd64-64"
or "Linux-i386-32", but the C++ is always compiled in the platform default size.
