Harsh J resolved HADOOP-888.

    Resolution: Duplicate

This has been done by HADOOP-6856 (FS addition is now a deprecated addition with the revamp,
Options-style builder). Resolving as duplicate.

> SequenceFile constructors should not accept a FileSystem parameter
> ------------------------------------------------------------------
> Key: HADOOP-888
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-888
> Project: Hadoop Common
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: io
> Affects Versions: 0.10.1
> Reporter: Doug Cutting
> Priority: Minor
> The SequenceFile constructors accept a FileSystem, Path and Configuration. The FileSystem
is redundant, as the combination of the Configuration and the Path determine the FileSystem.
These methods should thus be deprecated and replaced by FileSystem-less versions.
