Subject [jira] Updated: (HADOOP-5364) Adding SSL certificate expiration warning to hdfsproxy
Date Thu, 23 Apr 2009 22:16:30 GMT

     [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-5364?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel

zhiyong zhang updated HADOOP-5364:

    Attachment: HADOOP-5364.patch

How about moving
" connection.setRequestMethod("GET");
   connection.connect(); " into the openConnection function.
This way HsftpFileSystem does not need to override open function of HftpFileSystem.

also to me it make more sense to really connect in the openConnection. It is how it was used

I uploaded the new patch to reflect that.
