The problem is that on the very first iteration of the loop {{needToSave}} is set to true
and cannot be reset to false after that. It happens because {{checkpointTime}} never equals
{{Long.MIN_VALUE}} while both {{latestNameCheckpointTime}} and {{latestEditsCheckpointTime}}
do.
