I also had to deal with a lot of cases when people just forgot to upgrade their default configuration.
So it would be good to have some automation for that, but there is challenge here imo. It
will be even harder to understand the dependencies between different configuration files if
people don't see hadoop-default.xml and hadoop-site.xml together in the same directory.
