Attaching a new patch with 
1) updates to listeners when the job  completes. These updates are done in {{JobTracker.updateTaskStatuses()}}
and {{JobTracker.killJob()}}.
2) a test case to check if the _job-completion_ events are propagated properly.

Result of _test-patch_ on my box
