+1 on Util.java break-up. 

Initially, we had parts scattered in separate files,  then refactored those and put relevant
parts into TFile, BCFile  and ones which didn't fit well went to Util.java file so we can
deal with that  mix later. It's time to break up Util.java into a few files and hopefully
get rid of some baggage and find a sweet spot. I suspect it may never be as sweet as we want
;)
