I think we should revert this change.
  1. No one +1'ed it.
  2. It checks a binary executable into lib. I think it would be better to check in the generated
files, but not the generator.
  3. It uses a different platform name than the rest of the build.
  4. There is no README in lib/thrift that states where the included binaries and jar came
from.
