test-patch fail if sh != bash

                 Key: HADOOP-3435
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-3435
             Project: Hadoop Core
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Brice Arnould
            Assignee: Brice Arnould

On systems where dash is used as the posix shell (including Ubuntu), test-patch fails. The
solution is to replace sh with bash in the build file.
