Nicholas, archives are directories, not files, right? The har filesystem implementation should
take the path up to the first ".har" element and assume that names an archive directory. 
Attempting to open har://hdfs-host:port/dir/my.har/foo.bar should throw an exception if my.har
is not an archive-formatted directory..  This should naturally permit nested har files, if
that's desired.
