Help on a particular operation
   * hod help <allocate|deallocate|list|info|script|help|options>

hod allocate -d clusterdir -n nodecount [OPTIONS]
hod list [OPTIONS]
hod info -d clusterdir [OPTIONS]
hod deallocate -d clusterdir [OPTIONS]
hod script -d clusterdir -s scrip_file -n nodecount [OPTIONS]

Attaching a patch. This has documentation changes also.
