Subject [jira] Updated: (HADOOP-2272) findbugs currently fails due to hadoop-streaming having moved
Date Fri, 23 Nov 2007 17:06:43 GMT

Adrian Woodhead updated HADOOP-2272:

    Attachment: HADOOP-2272-1.patch

This fixes the issue by pointing to the correct location of the hadoop-streaming jar.

Another solution could be to not run findbugs on hadoop-streaming at all (i.e. remove the
modified line entirely). It seems a bit inconsistent to only run findbugs on streaming and
none of the other contrib sub-projects. Maybe the code reviewer can decide which approach
is better?

> This is because
> build/hadoop-0.16.0-dev-streaming.jar
> is the wrong location, it should be
> build/contrib/streaming/hadoop-0.16.0-dev-streaming.jar
> I think this also explains why Hudson is currently giving a -1 to all new patches as
findbugs is failing.
