TaskCompletionEvents do not distinguish between FAILED and KILLED task-attempts
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HADOOP-1591
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-1591
             Project: Hadoop
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: mapred
    Affects Versions: 0.13.0
            Reporter: Arun C Murthy
             Fix For: 0.15.0

It is very disconcerting to see {{KILLED}} task-attempts (e.g. speculative tasks) on the user-console
showing up as {{FAILED}}, it would be nice to ignore them and only print the {{FAILED}} ones
(and add a filter for {{KILLED}} if need be...)
