We could avoid using FileSystem.getReplication and FileSystem.getBlockSize(). They will result
in separate RPCs to namenode. Instead, we can get getFileSystus introduced by HADOOP-1377.
Or use FileSystem.listPaths because it caches file attributes in the Path object.
