This seems yet another security versus comfort issue. As far as our use cases are concerned
i would prefer to trust everyone that the web service is exposed to, in that she will not
kill my jobs :) 

i think at some point authentication and authorization will be added to hadoop so that one
will only submit jobs, if she has appropriate permissions, and kill a job if she has the right
privileges (regardless of the interface), etc. Until this point i suggest we either take the
basic assumption above, or as Doug suggested make two interfaces, on public and one private.
Any more thoughts ?
