Overall, I think this is a good start on a HBase shell. However I have a couple of concerns
about this patch:
- I don't think that generated files should be checked into the source tree. The output of
javacc should go into
  build/src/contrib/hbase
- I don't know how the community feels about using javacc. I'd like to get some feedback on
what other developers and
  commiters think. Comments?
