My proposal is to remove storing Datanode information int he fsimage. When the namenode restarts,
it receives a registration message from each datanode. This registration message has the necessary
information to uniquely identify the datanode.

This also means that after a namenode restart, the list of dead-nodes do not show up in our
UI.
