Subject [jira] Updated: (HADOOP-990) Datanode doesn't retry when write to one (full)drive fail
Date Tue, 20 Feb 2007 21:39:05 GMT

Raghu Angadi updated HADOOP-990:

    Status: Patch Available (was: Open)

Thanks Dhruba.

Length of block is almost never enforced in DFS. I was thinking if I should add the 'if conidition'
in DFSClient or not. But for now it is ok w.r.t our very loose enforcement of length.
