DFS commands either do not support some popular unix commands or have inconsistent behaviors
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: HADOOP-105
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-105
     Project: Hadoop
        Type: Improvement
  Components: dfs
 Environment: all
    Reporter: Runping Qi

Several issues.

1. DFS commandline does not support rmdir
2. When executing a command like dfs -rmdir PATH, it goes through silently, without warning
that -rmdir is not supported
3. DFS -rm PATH works even though PATH is a non-empty directory, which is inconsistent with
unix convention.
