I'm stuck on this too. When I hit the top level of the web status page,
there's a server running, but it says this:
---
Error 404 - Not Found. No context on this server matched or handled this
request.
Contexts known to this server are:

   - WebApplicationContext[/,/] <http:///>

*The links above may not work if a virtual host is configured

And when I try to load /jobtracker.jsp:
---
HTTP ERROR: 404

/jobtracker.jsp Not Found

RequestURI=/jobtracker.jsp

Afterward, I get the following error message once per sec:
