  To resolve you can follow below step to verify. 
  1. Check the hostname/IP Address the client using is correct.
- 2. Using ping utility(command included in all operating system), check there is no package
loss. If you find package loss, then there might be some network problem. So check with your
network Administrator.

- 2. Check the IP address the client gets for the hostname is correct, using nslookup.

- 3. On the server, try a telnet localhost <port> to see if the port is open there.

  4. Try connecting to the server/port from a different machine, to see if it just the single
