For Maven it's easy enough.  I haven't looked at your build.xml file, so I 
don't know.  If you have a conditional on the internal-test target then it 
just needs to be set in the Gump <project>.  Alternatively, if the rest 
builds fine without JUnit, then just remove the JUnit dependancy.
