Subject Using Forrest on teh html docs

Try doing this: add to the html output all the files that are in the 
xdocs target *without* the actual xdocs (IOW site.xml, skinconf.xml, 
tabs.xml, etc, but no index.xml, page.xml) and name the html docs with 
an .ihtml extension (index.html->index.ihtml, etc).

The Forrest webapp should still work.
