Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: GUMP-33
    Summary: Does not honour <noclasspath/>
       Type: Bug

     Status: Open
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Gump
 Components:
             Python

   Assignee: Stefan Bodewig
   Reporter: Sebb

    Created: Mon, 15 Mar 2004 6:56 AM
    Updated: Mon, 5 Apr 2004 5:38 PM

Description:
As the subject says: the original Gump used to honour

<depend ...>
<noclasspath/>
</depend>

This would be useful for projects that need to set up their own classpath and only select
some or none of the outputs produced by the other project.
