I am experimenting with using xslt to make copies of all projects to the 
project/nobuild dir
These copies do not have the <ant/> or <cvs/> tags  making them suitable 
for  package use
like
<project name="ant" package="ant" href="project/nobuild/ant.xml"/>

If  it works this can really help people wanting only to test there own 
projects.
