No. What you see is a warning message by Ant, not an exception in your build. The warning is new in CVS HEAD. What happens is that you create a containing a that points to a dir which doesn't exist. Ant's CVS HEAD invokes the toString() method on that for a debug level log message - leading to the same exception you'd get for using the .
