Has your database been initialized with the SQL scripts that define
Guacamole's schema?

Can you confirm that the MySQL user you've provided has permissions to
query the tables within the Guacamole database you've created?

Do you see any errors in the logs of the "guacamole" container prior
to login (when the webapp started up)?
