Ah, okay - I've not heard of LemonLDAP before.  Yes, it looks like they do not automatically
redirect to the /login URL and don't correctly handle situations where that behavior is expected.
 Have you contacted LemonLDAP about this behavior and the possibility of adding that there?

I can look at some options for making the CAS module redirect to the /login URL, but it seems
like LemonLDAP should be able to automatically redirect there.  I also don't want to break
compatibility with the Apereo CAS server by making a change, so any change is going to have
to maintain that compatibility, as well.
