Subject [jira] [Commented] (GUACAMOLE-64) Viewport in some browsers is only ~20px tall
Date Fri, 22 Jul 2016 02:57:20 GMT

Peter Burdine commented on GUACAMOLE-64:

After looking at the developer tools in more detail, IE is reporting that the offset takes
up almost all of the screen (except for 20px). Resizing the screen increases or decreases
the offset, but leaves the viewport the same size.

This can be further seen by pressing shift-ctrl-alt. Only the top 20 pixels of the menu can
be seen.

> The viewport for the RDP session in IE and FF (see Env for versions) gets set to ~20px
high, making the system unusable. So far 3 people have said they have seen the same issue.
> If the dev tools are enabled (F12 in IE or Firebug in FF), the height of the viewport
can be changed manually and the system is usable. Please take a look at why this maybe getting
set to 20px.
> More info maybe found in the email list under the topic "RDP Display Size with IE and
> I've emailed screen shots to [~mike.jumper] via the email list.
