Michael Jumper resolved GUACAMOLE-46.
    Resolution: Fixed

Should now be resolved by recently-merged changes from GUACAMOLE-44.

> The file uploads to the guacamole server are very slow. This seems to have been reported
in the below bug, but it does't look like the fix was implemented.
> When transferring files from client to server, files transfer at an unexpectedly slow
rate - far slower than would be expected for the rated bandwidth of the line (1 Mbps on a
1 Gbps line, for example).
> Latency could account for this, as RDP file transfers are synchronous, but this doesn't
seem to be the case. On the servers where this was observed, RTT was negligible (less than
1 ms).
