Paul King commented on GROOVY-8557:
-----------------------------------

>From memory, those two lines were just to get both options showing in the usage message.
I like the idea of the flag. If we are having such issues, other users of Groovy will too.
Then the debate is just what default to give the flag. I'd be inclined, since this is a breaking
change anyway, of going with the cleaner non-double registration but having a flag to enable
it.

> Follow-up task for GROOVY-8520. The following applications depend on CliBuilder:
> * groovy-console_main/groovy.ui.Console.groovy
> * groovy-docgenerator_main/org.codehaus.groovy.tools.DocGenerator.groovy
> * groovy-groovydoc_main/org.codehaus.groovy.tools.groovydoc.Main.groovy
> * groovy-groovysh_main/org.codehaus.groovy.tools.shell.Main.groovy (uses custom HelpFormatter)
> This task is to verify that the above applications work correctly with the picocli version
of CliBuilder.
