"methods with unstructured locking aren't compiled and fall back to the interpreter", which
will impact performance.

We should check whether groovy contains similar issues in bytecode.

Java9+ is required and add JVM options to check: "-XX:+PrintCompilation -Xlog:monitormismatch=info"
