Exciting. I will have a go shortly at moving the current CliBuilder into a module. Hopefully
the new CliBuilder could just sit as a sibling module but I'll experiment a bit first.

When you say "may take some time to become available on Maven Central", what timeframe are
you expecting? Just normal mirror caching delays?
