That's what I get starting the agent 2 mins before giving a conference talk. I started it
accidentally with jdk7. That should be fine for 2_4_X and it should have produced the snapshot
jar when it ran a little time ago but I have restarted the agent with jdk8 for good measure
and it is rebuilding now.
