Subject [VOTE] Move the Groovy repositories on git-wip-us.apache.org to gitbox.apache.org

As per DanielG's attached email, we need to move our remaining git-wip
repos:

The website related ones are already moved. It won't affect our workflow
but folks will most likely need to re-clone their local repo clones as a
one off activity since the urls will change.

My vote:  +1 (binding)
