The vote for Gora 0.1-incubating-rc3 passes with 2 IPMC votes and 3
PPMC +1 votes without -1 vote as follows:
Andrzej Bialecki (IPMC)
Chris Mattmann (IPMC)
Julien Nioche (PPMC)
Henry Saputra (PPMC)
Alexis Detreglode (PPMC)
However, based on ASF incubation policy
(http://incubator.apache.org/incubation/Incubation_Policy.html) since
we only have 2 IPMC votes, we need to bring the VOTE again to @general
incubator list for one more +1 IPMC.
I will send the VOTE on Monday to make sure more people notice the request.
